Returns:

To return your product, please email us at cs@solagohome.com for complete return instructions.

If you're not fully satisfied with your selections, we'll gladly offer you an exchange or a refund for merchandise within 30 days from receipt of your product. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original, unopened packaging.

Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Restocking Fee:
For returns not related to damages or incorrect items shipped, a restocking fee will be deducted from your merchandise refund amount.  The Coastal Rug Collection has a 25% restocking fee.  All other products carry a 15% restocking fee.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. A refund will not be generated and we cannot be responsible for lost shipments.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at cs@solagohome.com.

Final Sale/Clearance/Blemished/Seconds items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately these items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at cs@solagohome.com and we will send you the details on returning your item(s).

Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Order Exceptions:
On a very rare occasion, we might not be able to fulfill your order due to an error in our inventory, including damaged goods, or an erroneous miscalculation of shipping fees provided by the website checkout.  We will notify you right away that your order has been canceled and why.  This is not something we do often or like to do because it is simply bad service for our trusted customers.

Missing Shipment:
We provide tracking information with all of our shipments. The tracking information is sent to the email address used when you placed your order. Be sure to check your spam folder if you did not receive your shipping confirmation.

If, after tracking your shipment with USPS, FedEx or UPS, you find your package is missing, please contact us at cs@solagohome.com. We will file a claim for the missing package and await the outcome. We will reship or refund your order once the claim is closed and deemed lost. We apologize for the inconvenience. If you want your order replaced right away, please place new order. We will refund your initial order once the claim is closed.

Damaged Shipment:
We understand that shipments can get damaged in transit from time to time.  If this has happened, please email us at cs@solagohome.com.  In the email, include your order number, name and address.  Also, include 2 photos.  One of the damaged product and one of the damaged box.  This ensures that we are able to seek reimbursement from the carrier for the damaged shipment.

Return Shipping:
To return your product, please email us at cs@solagohome.com for complete return instructions.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping labels are not available at this time.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
